I really gotta thank my friends Jody, and Micah for introducing me to her lovely musical stylings (unintentionally?). To my peers, I have a bit of unconventional taste in music but at least I’m consistent. I like jazzy soul type music, then if not give me poppy-electronic indie music, or anything indie passes by me really. No Nicki Minaj crap in here. I only made a small exception with Solange from last week.

Anyway, meet Lianne La Havas. First of all, she’s got a cute name. If you like British jazzy soul-y sounding girls ( Adele, maybe Amy Winehouse, heard of Rox?) then you’d definitely like this girl. She’s a bit quirkier, and comes with a unique vibrato.I like it, I’ve been playing her songs all weekend. Enjoy a few songs. The last one is a full 30 minute concert. Play it while reading through my blog maybe? :D
